No Place to Hide Book Launch

We were delighted to be selected as a charity partner of the newly-published book ‘No Place to Hide’ by Maurice Evlyn-Bufton. The New York launch event was held at The Metropolitan Club on 13th July.

The book explores the evolving role of the Banking Chief Operating Officer and 4000 complimentary copies are currently being distributed to individuals within the international COO banking community, with the option to make a charitable donation. So far, the book has raised over $18,000 in donations.

Maurice Evlyn-Bufton has over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and Global Markets executive search. He set up Armstrong Wolfe in 2011 and has subsequently established his firm as a leading voice within COO, CAO and business management executive search.

St. George’s Society Board member, Marc Walby, introduced the Society in a powerful speech at the event. Describing our charitable work, he shared stories about our beneficiaries and emergency grant recipients.

The London launch was hosted on 16th March 2017 at Standard Chartered Bank’s London headquarters.

Thank you to Maurice Evlyn-Bufton, those who attended the launches in London and New York, and the global community that generously supported the cause.

Armstrong Wolfe donated 100% of proceeds from Maurice Evlyn-Bufton's new book 'No Place to Hide' to three charities: GCF Bosnia, Sightsavers, and St. George's Society of New York. Read more about the mission.
