Lorna Gray | Crumps Barn Studio

Lorna Gray will be leading this special master class for St. George’s Society of New York.

Lorna runs a small book publishing company called Crumps Barn Studio based in the Cotswolds, UK. Her specialism is memoir and poetry, and unusually, some of their titles are produced in rare and collectable hand bound hardback.

Lorna will be teaching attendees the same technique they use when binding their print volumes by hand. Lorna shared that “I’ve found that my relationship with the printed word has changed very subtly thanks to the hours that go into binding each volume – when you join me to make your own hand bound notebook, you’ll share this experience.”
