Raise a (virtual) cuppa with us on Saint George’s Day.
Join us in celebrating our birthday and toast to 251 years of St. George’s Society of New York!
Whether it’s a thimble of Earl Grey or a bucket of builder’s, nothing brings people together like a nice cuppa. The act of offering someone a cup of tea embodies the values of St. George’s Society of New York–small acts of kindness which can boost moods and change lives.
This year, on Saint George’s Day—23rd April—we’re inviting you to get ‘tea-gether’ virtually and join us in celebrating our historic legacy of providing care, comfort and kindness to people in need in New York.

Why we do it
For over 250 years, St. George’s Society of New York has been committed to a simple mission: to help people in need. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do and no act of kindness is ever too small to count. So, share a cuppa and raise a mug to the next 250 years of service.
