Royal Wedding NYC
Everyone loves a wedding and the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was as iconic and dazzling as we hoped it would be.
We were honored to be selected as a charity partner for a private screening and champagne breakfast sponsored by BritBox, Virgin Atlantic, Mountbatten Program and Laura Devine Law in partnership with the British Consulate General.
More than 250 guests gathered to watch the “extraordinary mix of tradition and modernity” live at Harry’s Bar in Hanover Square. Flags and fascinators were in abundance as guests enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and signature cocktail, the Markle Sparkle. There were gasps and giggles as viewers watched the arrival of many famous faces and—of course—the bride. Silence (and a few sniffles) filled the room as Harry and Meghan took the vows. Following the historic union, British Consul General, Antony Phillipson led a toast to the newly appointed Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
